“The 21 day FMB program I have to say has given me the quickest results I have ever had with a training program! I managed to gain 9lbs of muscle(182lbs-191lbs) in such a short amount of time and didn't have to go through the long drawn out process of bulking and cutting to achieve these results!
My bodyfat also dropped by just over 2%, which I found hard to believe when I first purchased the program with the amount of food being consumed, but its one of those things you don't know until you try! I followed the muscle model plan and kept the weight schedule throughout the 3 weeks, just adding the cardio to the Primer phase, and although the low carbohydrate diet was a challenge for the first week, it was relatively easy to keep on track knowing that it was only for a week. I was most impressed with the increases in my lifting throughout the 3 weeks, particularly with my incline dumbbell press that rose from 66lbs to 88lbs! I have just started my second 3 week cycle and can’t wait to make more insane gains!”

“What's up guys? It's Brian Roy from Orlando Florida and I just wanted to show you the progress I made during the last 3 weeks by following your 21 day program. It was just the kick start I needed after a month and a half layoff from the gym in which I shriveled up into a scrawny bastard.
I was able to put on 11 pounds in 19 days and then I cut calories for the last 2 days to try and look a little sharper for my after photos, so in the end on day 21.
I had a net weight gain of 9 pounds total and my bodyfat remained unchanged at just under 6% so all my weight gain was clean. I started at 141 and ended up at 150 and I'm in the midst of my 4th week where I'm cutting calories and looking to do another clean bulking cycle for the following 2 weeks. My photos are attached and I also put a video of my transformation on YouTube if you want to check it out. Here’s the link:

Thanks for putting together such a great program and giving me the opportunity. Hope to hear from you guys soon,”

“The 21 day fast mass building program is genius! I would highly recommend it
to anyone out their trying to build some solid muscle mass without looking
like Lee Priest in the off season lol. I am a text book skinny guy but this
program has helped me put on lean muscular weight. For months I had just
been pushing around weight with no real program in mind but things changed
when I tried out this for the first time.
What I really liked about it was that it got me to focus on the big three,
bench press, dead lift and squats. By starting out conservative and being
patient I gained a lot of strength. I started out doing 5x5 at 155lb on the
bench and ended up doing 5x5 at 205lb! With the dead lift, I went from
225lb 5x5 to 285lb 5x5 and squats I went from 185lb 5x5 to 235lb 5x5. Along with all of those strength gains I managed to put on 10 pounds of solid muscle and still kept my 6 pack abs no problem.
In addition to these benefits, the 21 day fast mass builder has given me a
new level of confidence. I was super scrawny in high school but this program has helped me to push
even further away from those days. I have got comments from my older brother
saying that I was "getting pretty big" and from my sister saying that I was
"looking broad" lol. Hearing compliments like these and many more, I knew I
was doing something right and I owe that to the 21 Day Fast Mass Building
Program! Thanks again for all your guys help!”

“My name is Eric Downing. I am 26 years old, and have been weight training and bodybuilding consistently since the age of 16. I possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography from Texas State University, and am currently the store manager of General Nutrition Center-First Colony in Sugarland, Texas.
I decided to give the 21 Day Fast-Mass Program a shot because physically, I had been at a plateau for a while in terms of muscle mass and strength. I have always been very good at nutrition and sticking to a diet plan, but I felt that I had not seen any significant improvements in my physique in quite some time.
For the training portion of the program, I utilized the Muscle Model program, which Vince used for the entire 21 day period.
Throughout the Primer Phase, I felt very “flat” and depleted. This to me was the most challenging part of the program. I decided to move on to the “Overload” phase a couple of days early. My body responded very readily to the increase in calories. Within 48 hours of the overload phase, I felt tremendous. My muscles became full, hard, and my strength seemed to improve with each and every workout.
By the end of the first week of the overload phase, I had already gained over 3lbs, and felt great. Not to mention, I enjoyed putting down over 3000 calories a day, mostly from lean protein and clean sources of starchy carbohydrates.
I attacked each and every workout with utmost intensity. I knew that literally the clock was ticking, and I had to make every set count. In the end it was all very worth it. When I looked at my after photos, I was amazed at the difference I saw in just two and a half weeks. I gained a total of 7 pounds, with a very minimal increase in body fat percentage, if any.
This is one of the greatest lean mass programs I have ever taken on! I would recommend this to any serious trainer, beginner or expert. I myself have been training consistently for over 10 years, and was astonished at the results I achieved in such a short span.
I have always wanted to attend an Arnold Classic, but never really had the opportunity. The Arnold is one of my very favorite events and has been one of the things on my “bucket list” for a long time. I am a huge fan of bodybuilding and continue to consider myself one of the “die-hards”. I also would enjoy meeting Vince and Lee to personally thank them for developing an awesome lean mass program.
I can honestly say that this program produces real results, and I myself am living proof! Thank you very much!”

“I started with the fitness model week for my primer week and then used the muscle model workout for overload phase. Unfortunately, I threw my back (lumbago) during the beginning of leg workout for week 2 of overload phase (used the smith machine instead of free barbell for squats because the power rack was busy, bad move) so the rest of the time went into cardio/rehab mode instead of overeating and muscle building.
I didn't gain that much muscle but the transformation as such during a 3 week phase was really incredible now that I look at my pictures. My back is almost good again so I will keep doing the eating pattern together with my workouts from now on and reap the benefits. I'd like to thank Vince and Lee for a very comprehensive program with lots of instructional material/exercise techniques that anyone can make good use of. ”

“You and Lee have introduced an wonderful tool with the 21 day program. In the past, for me to gain any muscle meant I had to go through a bulking phase and put up with putting on more body fat than I'd like. Then it was on to months of cutting to get rid of the gained body fat. What a tedious process.
With the 21 day program, I've been able to put on lean muscle mass with little or no body fat gains! And the process wasn't tedious. Heck, one week of cutting then two weeks of bulking is way too easy to get these kind of results! A great tool to have in your tool box of strategies for building muscle and looking ripped.
When I started Jan 16th I was 172.8 lbs @10% body fat. I dropped 1% body fat in a week while maintaining the same weight. At the end of two weeks of Load Phase I'm now 178 lbs and 10% BF. Nice gain of lean muscle for just 21 days! And at 64 yrs. old I'll take any lean muscle gain I can get while holding down the body fat! LOL
From my point of view, this program will work for any one no matter what age you are. You don't need to have good genetics or be under 50 to see good results - it does require you to follow the meals and work out. And what's nice is the program will work with any work out strategy used. I used the Muscle building program for 21 days rather than doing the body weight work outs during the Primer Phase. Just my choice.
I've enjoyed the results so much, that I'm starting the cycle again today using the Fitness Model work out. I expect to see some more gains. After that cycle I will do a month of cutting to get down to 6-7%BF to get ready for our trip to Cancun in April. By then, I know I'll be really bulked and ripped!”

“My name is Justin Komisarek. I live in Toledo Ohio and I am 31 years old. I have been lifting on and off for about 2 years. When I saw FMB I was not sure about it but boy was I wrong. I must say that this program was amazing.
When I started the FMB program on 1/17/2010 I was 196lbs had a 40 inch chest, 36 inch waist, my arms were 13.5 inches and my thighs were 23 inches. After three weeks on the FMB program I weighed 200.8lbs, my chest was 42 inches, my waist went down to 35 inches, my arms are at 14.5 inches and my thighs are at 23.5 inches.
I found it difficult to get my bodyfat% due to my lack of using the digital FatTrack II but I think I lost a percent of bodyfat. I know I don’t have a hard bodyfat number, but my measurements tell the story. Not to mention that my clothes are fitting great.
I think the strip sets are what helped the most because you are already exhausted from your heavy set and you need to lift more with the same good form. All in all I think this plan is great and I will come back to it when I need to add some poundage in a hurry. Thank you.”

“The 21 day fast mass program really showed me that even after not lifting for years and being 35 years old, I can still build size and no "juice" is required. It really gave me a sense of, "I can do this!"
What I greatly appreciated was the diet, even though that primer week can be murder with the low calories. I really looked forward to the overload phase.
I also quickly grew in strength, which really shocked me. I mean every time I went to work out the particular bodypart(s) the following week; I had to up the weight in order to stimulate the muscle. This was a very pleasing side effect. I am stronger and am looking forward to growing stronger, because the great side effect is bigger muscle.
I really want to encourage anyone who is in their 30's or over. You know, us guys who don't have the hormonal over-spill of the teens and 20 year olds, not to get discouraged. This program works if you need to add muscle to your physique. I mean seriously which one of us wouldn't want to add muscle to our physique. As we get older, we think things are not going to be as great as when we were teens. Lifting weights is going to be tougher, getting bigger and leaner is going to be tougher, etc. You know what though, it can be done and now you have the maturity to really appreciate it.
Gain muscle and gain size, it will help your confidence and prove to yourself that hey if this can be done, then what else in life can I go get done. Don't try it, do it!”

Starting measurements were: body fat 15.5%, weight 185, chest 41 1/4, stomach 37 1/4, thigh 22, arms 15 3/4.
Ending measurements were: body fat 13.2%, weight 182, chest 42, stomach 36 3/4, thigh 22 1/2, arms 16.
"I loved the challange of the workout. First week was tough just for the fact of low calories. I never once cheated on food. I followed the entire 3 weeks to the T and only had 3 cheat meals in the last 2 weeks. I'm following the program for a 4th week and dropping to 15 calories per body #. Stating in April, I plan on starting a second cycle. Thanks for the challange. Had a great time going through it. Can't wait to see you guys at the Arnold."
